Sue at Mindful Soothing provides Mindfulness sessions on a one to one or a group basis, either in
person (when permitted) or zoom. As well as the Mindfulness techniques and the Mindfulness
approach to life, Sue adds research evidence to the sessions to explain why Mindfulness works.
